Puntacana Group receives “Be Wellness” certification for its corporate welfare practices

Punta Cana, La Altagracia.- The Puntacana Group, a pioneer organization in sustainable tourism in the Dominican Republic, was recognized with the Be Wellness international certification, awarded to organizations that successfully implement policies promoting corporate welfare, positively impacting its employees , leaders, suppliers, customers and social environment.

In order to obtain the seal that marks this distinction, the company went through a process of stages that consisted of measuring and reviewing the promotional policies of subjective well-being of the organization, a look at the collaborator and Human Management, and verification of the methods and Good practices

During the delivery of the certification, the CEO of Big Bienestar – managing organization of Be Wellness-, Juan Marque, stressed that Grupo Puntacana is a company that demonstrates its management capacity and focus on the well-being of the people who integrate it, promoting belonging and relevance in their organizational culture.
